Police are looking for the person responsible for St. Paul's third homicide of 2020.

It comes after a fatal shooting in St. Paul's Frogtown neighborhood, happening on the intersection of University Avenue West and Arundel Street, a busy commercial area with the Green Line light rail running past it.

Police responding to the area found the victim lying on Arundel Street just south of University. Medics arrived and took him to Regions Hospital, where he later died.

Officers canvassed the area, including local businesses, for information, and several witnesses were brought to police HQ for interviews.

No arrests have been made as of Thursday evening, but police have said they don't believe the shooting is a random one.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 651-266-5650.

The victim will be identified at a later date by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office.
