Update: Boater in Roseville found safe

Update - 1:35 p.m.

The report of a possible missing boater in Roseville had a happy ending Tuesday. 

According to the Minnesota Air Rescue Team, another individual told authorities that the subject of the search had parked their boat at McCarrons lake Monday night around 11 p.m., then left.

The rescue team was cleared to leave the scene.

Authorities are searching for a possible missing boater at McCarrons Lake in Roseville Tuesday morning.

According to the Minnesota Air Rescue Team, the subject's vehicle was found at the launch, but the boat itself was empty. 

Details are still scarce, but the search involves both the Minnesota State Patrol and the St. Paul Fire Department's Advanced Technical Rescue Team.

The DNR says the lake is has an area of about 73 acres, and a maximum depth of 57 feet.
