The campaign trail of Democratic presidential candidate and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren will bring her to St. Paul Monday.
Warren will host a town hall at Macalester College Monday evening. The event starts at 6:15 p.m., with doors opening two hours before.
According to recent polls, Warren is among the top candidates ahead of the primaries. CNN reported last week that Warren had support from 21 percent of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents following the second round of debates earlier this month.
The only candidate polling ahead of her was former Vice President Joe Biden at 32 percent.
Warren will appear on the fall debate stage, along with Biden, New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg, California Senator Kamala Harris, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, former Texas Congressman Beto O’Rourke, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders and entrepreneur Andrew Yang.
Warren has grown her platform by pushing for policies like tuition-free college and Medicare for All.
Other Democratic candidates who have swung by the Twin Cities so far this campaign have included Beto O'Rourke, Pete Buttigieg, and – obviously – Amy Klobuchar.
