Sheriff's office asks for public's help to identify suspected golf cart thief in Anoka County

The man is accused of stealing "numerous" golf carts from the course.

Investigators are hoping the public can help them identify a man who is suspected of stealing three golf carts from a golf course in Ham Lake.

The Anoka County Sheriff's Office says the suspect stole the golf carts from the Majestic Oaks Golf Club, which has two 18-hole courses and a 9-hole course.

The thefts happened between Aug. 30 and Sept. 4 and they appear to be sold on Craigslist or similar websites, the sheriff's office told BMTN.

Anyone who has information about the thefts is asked to contact investigator Robert Young at Robert.Young@co.anoka.mn.us or by calling 763-324-5173.
