Shooting in south MPLS leaves one dead, another wounded

One man is dead and another one wounded after a Monday night shooting in south Minneapolis.

The Pioneer Press reports that officers arrived in the 3600 block of Columbus Avenue South at 11:15 p.m. and found one man dead from apparent gunshot wounds and another with a wound.

The injured man was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment, says the PiPress.

His injuries were not life threatening, KARE 11 reports, and no one has been arrested in the incident.

Fox 9 also reports that a shooting with "multiple rounds" happened Tuesday about 2:15 a.m. between Target Field and Target Center in downtown Minneapolis. One victim was dropped at the police station and and brought to a hospital, the station reports.
