Minneapolis Police Department reports that it was alerted by ShotSpotter to shots fired in the area of N. Logan Ave. and Lowry Ave. at 3:53 p.m, with officers arriving at the scene to find two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

One victim was in grave condition and died at the scene despite lifesaving efforts attempted by officers. The Star Tribune reports that the victim was a teenager, though police have not revealed his age or or identity.

The other victim suffered non-critical injuries and was transported by ambulance to North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale.

Police said that the shooting was the result of a dispute between two groups, with the suspects fleeing the scene before officers arrived.
