The man accused of stealing donated money meant for his teen nephew -- after the boy was badly burned by his mother's boyfriend -- is in trouble again. Jeffrey Allen Stewart, 44, of South St. Paul has been charged with illegal possession of a firearm and second-degree assault in connection with an incident in earlier this week.
