St. Paul man, 50, missing for more than 3 weeks
A 50-year-old St. Paul man has been missing for more than three weeks.
Kou Yang was last seen July 3, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which on Monday morning put out an alert asking for help in locating him.
He's described as about 5 feet and 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say he might be driving a white 2014 GMC Savanna cargo van with Minnesota license plate GMS 420. He also has family in the Milwaukee area.
