The 30 year old was pulled over at 7:35 a.m. Saturday while speeding on Interstate 94 in Eau Claire County, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

The smell of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle, with the mother and her passenger admitting to a trooper that they had been smoking before being pulled over.
