St. Paul woman killed in rollover crash on Interstate 90

A 23-year-old St. Paul woman died in a rollover crash in southeast Minnesota on Saturday. 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jenna Elizabeth Reeves of St. Paul was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker westbound on Interstate 90 when she lost control and the vehicle rolled. 

Reeves was taken to Blue Earth Hospital but did not survive. 

A 26-year-old Mankato man was a passenger in the vehicle and was also transported to Blue Earth Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The crash, which happened on an icy stretch of road, happened around 10:35 a.m. near mile marker 125 in Emerald Township, which is located east of Blue Earth in Faribault County. 

There have been 24 fatalities on Minnesota roads so far in 2019, according to the Office of Traffic Safety, compared to 19 by the same date last year.
