Shawn Swanson, 21, was reportedly riding on top of a moving car when he fell onto the pavement and died, the Burnett County, Wis., Sheriff's Office, said. The driver of the vehicle, Cole T. Fohrenkamm, 21, of St. Paul, was arrested on suspicion of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

St. Cloud area drug bust nets 14, more arrests expected

Police say the drug ring was trafficking cocaine and marijuana throughout the St. Cloud area. They offered no estimate of the amount or value of drugs seized. Most of those arrested are suspected gang members.
