State Patrol: Fatal crash south of Twin Cities in Dakota County

Few details have been provided other than the Minnesota State Patrol saying an investigation is underway following a fatal crash south of the Twin Cities. 

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. on Highway 19 at Baldwin Avenue in Greenvale Township, which is located about two miles east of Interstate 35W and a few miles west of Northfield. 

No further information about the crash – number of vehicles and people involved – have been released.
