Sunday morning crash in Burnsville leaves 2 dead, 2 hospitalized

Details are limited but the Burnsville Police Department confirmed that two people were killed in a crash Sunday morning.
The crash happened at an unreported time on County Road 42 at Newton Avenue.
Police did not disclose the identity of the two people who died in the crash, nor did the department provide details about the injuries of two others who were transported to Hennepin County Medical Center.
County Road 42 was closed at the crash site as police and the State Patrol investigated Sunday.
