Suspicious death investigation after body found in north Minneapolis alley
Homicide detectives are investigating after a body was found in an alley in north Minneapolis Monday morning.
The body was discovered after 7 a.m. in an alley behind the 3500 block of N. 4th St., with first responders documenting signs of obvious trauma. The death investigation has not yet been ruled a homicide.
No arrests have been made and the victim's identity and cause of death have not been revealed. Those details will be released at a later stage by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office.
