There have been more reports of a man trying to lure children into his vehicle in Castle Rock Township, south of Farmington.

The Dakota County Sheriff's Office first put an alert out on Monday, May 21, after a child was offered $100 cash and candy if they helped a man find his "lost" dog.

On Friday, the sheriff's office says it's investigating two more incidents of a white man trying to lure children in his vehicle.

In both cases, a man aged around 60 approached children playing near roads while in his vehicle and tried to persuade them to get in.
