Thieves use bolt cutters to steal 40-plus iPhones from Target in Rochester

Police are looking for 2 black men in their 20s.

Police are searching for two men who stole more than 40 iPhones from a Target in Rochester.

The thieves struck just before 10 p.m. on Saturday at the Target North store at 3827 Marketplace Drive NW, Rochester police said.

Staff were alerted after a worker saw the men leaving a storage area reserved only for employees, pushing a shopping cart with suitcases in it.

Police said the men responded "we're good" when asked what they were doing in there, before leaving the store quickly with the suitcase still in their cart.
