Toddler airlifted to Twin Cities hospital after being pulled from a pool
A unconscious toddler was pulled from a pool on Friday afternoon in mid-Minnesota.
The Wright County Sheriff's Office says that it responded to a report of a child submerged in a residential pool in Woodland Township around 3 p.m. Friday.
When first responders arrived, the 3-year-old was unconscious and bystanders who pulled the child from the pool were performing CPR.
The child was airlifted to a Twin Cities hospital where its condition is unknown.
Woodland Township is a small community between Montrose and Watertown, about 30 miles west of Minnetonka.
