Two suspects are in custody after a drive-by shooting in Duluth.
According to the Duluth Police Department, officers responded to a report of shots fired at around 8:20 a.m. Tuesday. The shooting happened near the intersection of 15th Avenue East and Superior Street.
One of the suspects, a 21-year-old man, was reportedly in the car with a 25-year-old woman, who was driving. While traveling southbound on 15th Ave East, the 21-year-old saw someone with whom he'd had an "altercation" earlier that day and shot between five and eight rounds.

An initial investigation by the DPD indicates the suspect and the victim, and after speaking with witnesses, officers found the suspect at a residence on the 1900 block of Jefferson Street.
The man was arrested on pending charges of attempted 2nd degree murder, reckless discharge of a firearm and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The driver in the incident was also arrested on pending charges of aiding an offender.
