2 victims robbed on U of M East Bank campus

The incident occurred near Moos Tower.

Two victims were robbed late Sunday night near Moos Tower on the University of Minnesota East Bank campus.

According to a safety notification sent to the campus community, two victims were robbed at 516 Delaware St. SE at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. The suspect reportedly threatened the victims with a gun.

The suspect was described as a 5-foot-six woman in her late 20s who was wearing a black ski mask with a skull on it, a puffy silver jacket and black pants.

The safety notification was sent out as a SAFE-U Emergency, meaning the incident posed an immediate threat to the area.

The incident was the seventh SAFE-U Emergency sent out this month.
