Two juveniles were stabbed at a park in Ramsey on Tuesday evening, with a 19-year-old man later arrested.
Police were called at 9:54 p.m. and were told that two boys were at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids with stab wounds.
Another call was received 5 minutes later from the parents of a 19-year-old man who told police he'd admitted that he'd stabbed two boys.
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office is now investigating, with the 19-year-old taken into custody and later released pending further investigation and a review of possibly charges.
"This case is actively being investigated, witnesses are being interviewed, and forensic examinations of electronic devices are being conducted to determine the roles of all parties involved," the sheriff's office said.
The exact location of the stabbing has not been released, nor has the age of the victims or the name of the suspect.
