U of M analyst: Klobuchar may be angling for spot on 2016 ticket
Larry Jacobs of the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs says Sen. Amy Klobuchar is ignoring her Republican challenger, Kurt Bills, who remains unknown to most Minnesotans. Jacobs says the "rose garden strategy" can work for a politician as popular as Klobuchar appears to be. And it might set her up for a spot as a running mate in 2016.
