Staff at Minnesota's Largest Candy Store received a shock when they arrived for work Sunday morning, after the building was damaged in an overnight crash.
The State Patrol says that a 2-vehicle crash on Hwy. 169 southwest of Jordan just after 1 a.m. sent one of the vehicles barreling into the store.
At this stage information is sketchy, with police not able to share if there were any injuries.
But there was damage done to the candy store, which posted pictures of a gaping hole where one of its windows previously was.
Also damaged was the picket fence that separates the store's parking lot from the earth bank beneath Hwy. 169.
"We're happy to say that everyone is ok," the store said on Facebook. "But what about the chocolate!? Well, come in and see for yourself! 80% of the chocolate table was untouched."
Also known as Jim's Apple Farm, or the Big Yellow Barn, the store sells a huge array of candy and chocolate from all over the world, as well as apples, fall produce, baked goods and gifts between May and November.
