KSTP reports that a search party made up of volunteers has found a body. The station reports that the Washington County Sheriff has contacted the family of a missing Hugo man.

The family of Radivoje Ray Novakovic organized weekend searches for the missing 75-year-old. That search has been called off.

Press Publications reports the body was found Sunday afternoon west of Fable Hill in Hugo, close to the location where Novakovic was last seen. The paper reports that three adults and a juvenile involved in the community search found the body.

Sheriff deputies have cordoned off Fable Hill Road, which is not a through street. The medical examiner has been called.

Novakovic vanished after leaving home for an evening walk last Sunday. His family said that Novakovic is a non-insulin-dependent diabetic, mildly bi-polar and has been known to get disoriented.
