Waite Park man, 57, killed in motorcycle crash

A Waite Park man was killed in a motorcycle crash in central Minnesota on Saturday.

The incident was reported just after 9 p.m. Saturday on County Road 17 and 425th Street in Millwood Township, Stearns County.

Stearns County Sheriff Steve Soyka said that the rider of a Harley Davidson Ultra Classic was southbound on County Road 17 when when he left the road, went into an open field, and crash.

A witness was giving the victim, identified as 57-year-old Patrick Kraker of Waite Park, CPR when responders arrived.

Melrose Ambulance took Kraker to the Melrose Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
