Former Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter dropped by The Herd on Fox Sports 1 on Friday and let a certain word slip out. The one that starts with an F ...

Carter was talking about the hiring process of Alabama's head coach Nick Saban back in 2007.

“They said, ‘You know, we’re used to doing things this way, this way, and this way.’ And he said, ‘Good. You’ve lost every f–ing way doing that. Now we’re going to do things my way.”

Granted the crew seemed to play it off well, so it didn't seem too awkward. However we're guessing producers were screaming in his ear afterwards.

There's been no indications yet if Carter will be suspended, fined or punished for his actions.

The NFL Hall of Famer joined FS1 after being let go from ESPN in September of 2016.
