Watch: Inver Grove Heights girl performs national anthem at Saints game
Montana Jaeger has wowed the crowd at a St. Paul Saints game before. So it wasn't a surprise when the 8-year-old did it again Sunday when the team hosted the Gary SouthShore Railcats.
The Pioneer Press spoke with the Inver Grove Heights girl (and her parents), and also recorded this snippet from her performance Sunday. Which, according to the Saints website, was in front of a crowd of about 8,200.

The Saints won the game 9-3.
Jaeger's starting to become more confident as a singer – a far cry from when she would stop singing as soon as she noticed her parents recording her, LillieNews.com reported.
She's gotten over that, however.
In 2014, she won the pre-teen singing competition at the Dakota County Fair, landing her a spot representing the county at the Minnesota State Fair, the paper said. (Her sister got second in that county competition, by the way.)
At the Great Minnesota Get-Together, Jaeger sang the immensely popular "Let it Go."

The Pioneer Press says she's working on an eight-track album, and is getting some help with it from her two older sisters.
