Gov. Tim Walz is announcing his administration's guidance for schools ahead of the start of the 2020-21 academic year.

The governor is expected to give flexibility to school districts as to how they choose to reopen, and to what extent tuition will be done online or in person.

However, there will be limits in place depending upon the prevalence of COVID-19 in local areas.
