Gov. Tim Walz will provide his latest update on the state's response to the coronavirus pandemic in a 2 p.m. press conference.

Walz is expected this week to make new measures regarding elective procedures possibly resuming, though it's not clear if that announcement is coming on Monday.

It's also possible that the governor will be making announcements relating to restaurants, with among those invited to talk at the news conference being Afro Deli CEO Abdi Kahin and Hospitality Minnesota President and CEO Liz Rammer.
