Gov. Tim Walz has said he will announce a "sweeping" education plan at 2 p.m.

He's also expected to talk more about plans announced Monday that will see changes to the state's vaccination appointment program, and a large-scale vaccination event for teachers and childcare providers at the Xcel Energy Center in February.
