Tempers were at an all-time high on Saturday at Target Field when Miguel Sano was nearly hit by a pitch.

Sano thought Tigers pitcher Matthew Boyd was intentionally trying to hit him and when catcher James McCann tried to stepped in Sano's way, things went downhill pretty quick.

Both teams' benches and bullpens jumped onto the field after the altercation, but things settled down shortly thereafter.

Sano and Boyd were both ejected for their actions. It was the second career ejection for Sano.
