Police have issued an appeal to identify the "porch pirate" who stole four packages from the front of a house in St. Paul.

The theft happened just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, when the man pulled up outside the house in the 1400 block of Eleanor Avenue in a red, four-door sedan.

A doorbell camera then shows him approach the porch and steal, in St. Paul Police Department's words, "not one, not two, not three, but four packages."

He takes the first three packages back to his car, before coming back for the much larger package.

Anyone who knows who he is should call the St. Paul PD Western District investigators at 651-266-5868.
