Willmar man facing felony child pornography charges
A Willmar man faces felony charges after authorities said they found thousands of images of child pornography on his computer.
Forum Communications reports that Stephen Titrud, 38, made his first appearance in Kandiyohi County District Court on two felony charges of possession and dissemination of pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, 540 of the items on Titrud's computer hardware were identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as images of known child victims of exploitation.
Titrud’s next appearance is April 1.
