Woman sues after nearly choking on object in OJ
A Fergus Falls woman filed a federal lawsuit seeking $75,000 in damages from Associated Milk Producers, Inc., claiming she was injured by a foreign object in an orange juice container.
KFGO reports Debbi Jo Larson was drinking the Cass-Clay orange juice when a sharp piece of plastic lodged in her throat.
AMPI is Cass-Clay's former parent company based in New Ulm, Minn. The company says they don't comment on pending litigation.
