A driver was killed after a collision with a semi-truck in Redwood County, Minnesota on Friday evening.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened on Hwy. 14 at County Road 7 in Revere at 5:40 p.m.
A 1997 Dodge Ram driven by a 22-year-old man from Revere crossed the center line.
The Ram then collided head-on with a 2007 International Semi coming the other direction, driven by a 31-year-old man from Morgan, Minnesota.
The Ram driver was killed in the crash, while the semi driver was unhurt.
The identity of the victim hasn't yet been released pending the notification of his family, but more details are expected to come out later on Saturday.
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety says there have been 245 road fatalities in the state so far this year.
This is five fewer than at the same point last year.
