10 things that happened the year the Gophers last beat the Badgers in Madison

1994 was a crazy year!

There's a lot on the line Saturday afternoon when the Gophers play the Badgers, and most important is that a victory for Minnesota would make them bowl eligible.

If the Gophers lose, their season is over.

That's the expected outcome considering the Westgate Superbook in Las Vegas favors the Badgers by 11 1/2 points and the Gophers haven't beaten Wisconsin since a 37-34 win at Metrodome in 2003.

Take the Badgers' domination over the Gophers a step further and you'll see that they've won 21 of the last 24 meetings, including 11 consecutive at home. The Gophers haven't won in Madison since 1994.
