Adrian Peterson sat out the 2014 season only to return with vengeance in 2015, leading the league in rushing yards en route to being named a unanimous pick for the Associated Press All-Pro team.

Peterson and Houston Texans defensive lineman J.J. Watt were the only two players that all 50 AP voters selected on their ballots.

According to Pro Football Talk, Peterson and Watt were also the only unanimous picks in 2012. Peterson finished with 2,097 rushing yards that season and was named league MVP.

In all, 15 players from the NFC were chosen and 12 from the AFC.

Oakland's Khalil Mack, drafted just ahead of Anthony Barr in 2014, made history by being named an All-Pro as both a defensive end and an outside linebacker.
