After his performance Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has picked up some in-season hardware:

Peterson, who sat out Tuesday's practice, says he'll be ready to play Thursday night against Tampa Bay at Mall of America Field. He also told the Pioneer Press that the Vikings should be undefeated this year. Undefeated? AP says it's "no joke."

Argue with a player who came back from knee surgery way ahead of any sane prediction? Not us.
