Vikings defensive end Jared Allen once again says he didn't try to deliver a season-ending injury to Chicago Bears lineman Lance Louis last Sunday.

Louis was blindsided by Allen during an Antoine Winfield interception return.

"I feel bad that he got hurt," Allen told reporters today. "That's obviously never my inention. You block a guy and sometimes bad things happen."

Allen was fined $21,000 the hit. He says he doesn't know yet if he'll file an appeal.

"It is what it is," he said. "You move on from it."
