Amy Senser files motion to set aside jury convictions
In a lengthy motion filed two weeks after Amy Senser's conviction for two counts of criminal vehicular homicide, her attorney is asking the judge to throw out the conviction and find her not guilty. The attorney maintains that evidence in the case -- and comments from jurors afterward -- lend credence to her claims that she didn't know she hit a person when she struck and killed Anousone Phanthavong and left the scene.
