Yeo: Cullen 'good to go' against Calgary
This could be the boost the struggling Wild have been looking for.
Matt Cullen, who has missed six straight games with a lower body injury, will return tonight in Calgary.
"It's nice to get back in the fight with the boys," Cullen told reporters today. "We have seven games left, and have to win a bunch.
Cullen hasn't played since suffering an injury in an April game against St. Louis. Since he's been out, Minnesota has gone 1-4-1, and is in danger of missing the playoffs.
With seven games remaining in the regular season, the Wild are seventh in the Western Conference standings -- two points ahead of ninth-place Dallas.
Starting with Calgary, the Wild play three games in four nights, all on the road -- Edmonton on Tuesday and San Jose on Thursday.
