The Vikings have started parting ways with players as their roster needs to get down to 53 by 3 p.m. Saturday.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Vikings released offensive lineman T.J. Clemmings. The former fifth-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft struggled in his two seasons with Minnesota.

Last year, Pro Football Focus graded him as the worst offensive tackle in the NFL.

Price let go

It also appears Minnesota has parted ways with cornerback Jabari Price, who tweeted out a thank you to the Vikings organization.

Price was a seventh-round pick in 2014, but missed all of last season with an injury.

MoBo gone

It appears the Moritz Böhringer experiment has come to an end too, as Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press reports the Vikings plan to waive Böhringer.

The wide receiver was a fifth-round selection in 2015 and was the first European born player to be drafted in the NFL without any college experience.

He decided to play football in 2010 after watching YouTube videos of Adrian Peterson.

  • WR R.J. Shelton
  • TE Josiah Price

  • K Marshall Koehn
