Eddie Medina pitched a no-hitter to lead the St. Paul Saints to a 2-0 victory in Texas on Friday night.
The right-hander was almost perfect, walking one, hitting a batter and striking out 10 as the Saints defeated the Cleburne Railroaders 5-0 at The Depot at Cleburne Station.
It's the second no-hitter in team history. The first was pitched by Joe Miller in 1996 against the Thunder Bay Whisky Jacks at Midway Stadium in St. Paul.
According to the Saints, Medina threw 107 pitches en route to the sixth no-no in American Association history, and the first since July 27, 2017.
Medina hasn't allowed a run in 26 consecutive innings.
