Ex-Vikings QB Tommy Kramer installs Packers urinal in his bathroom

The COVID-19 pandemic has led many Minnesotans work on home projects, many of them long overdue. For former Minnesota Vikings quarterback Tommy Kramer, he decided to add a new piece to his bathroom, serving as another of his many terrific moments against the Green Bay Packers.

He shared the special piece – a Green Bay Packers urinal – with his Twitter followers on Thursday, though he warned that it was all in good fun. 

The 65-year-old last took a shot this good at the Cheeseheads more than 30 years ago when he led the Vikings to a 26-14 win in his final start with the Vikings against the Packers in October of 1989. 

The responses to the tweet are quite good. Among them: 

– "To be honest, I'm not sure most Packer fans know what the inside of a bathroom looks like."

– "Packer fans would use the sink anyways."

– "Maybe the Bears logo on the toilet. Very fitting."

Perhaps Kramer, who played for the Vikings for 13 seasons from 1977 to 1989, could use a Detroit Lions garbage can in the corner to really give it a NFC North feel, but the urinal shows just how deep the rivalry runs.
