Joey King had another efficient night for Minnesota. King's sharp shooting helped the Gophers hold off the Tigers. He was 6-of-8 from the floor and finished with 17 points.

The Gophers haven't lost a non-conference home game since 2010. Minnesota extended the streak to 47 games, the second longest in the NCAA basketball.
