The Gophers men's basketball team crushed North Dakota 92-56 Monday night at Williams Arena.
Minnesota, which was playing a little short-handed after the news that freshman forward Josh Martin was immediately transferring out of the university, didn't show any ill effects.

Freshman Nate Mason also contributed with 11 points, eight assists and six steals.
The Gophers built a 17-point first-half lead and never let their foot off the pedal in the second half. They ran away with things down the stretch by outscoring North Dakota 49-30 in the second half.
Minnesota (7-2) hosts Southern on Wednesday night.
