Eduardo Escobar was forced to say goodbye to the Twins and Minnesota when he was traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday, and his farewell was pretty cool.

Dressed in a tuxedo with his arms stretched wide, Escobar photoshopped himself in Godzilla-like fashion over Target Field to say "THANK YOU Minnesota!"

"I want to say thank you to my family, Twins front office, teammates, coaches, trainers and friends who day after day supported me and challenged me to be a better baseball player, a better person," Escobar wrote

"Know that the Twins will always mean a lot to me. Wearing the Twins uniform will always be one of my greatest honors and calling Minnesota my home was a blessing."

Escobar then hash-tagged his message with "#FogoPower," which is an obvious salute to his favorite Twin Cities restaurant, Fogo de Chao.
