Heroes on parade at Amplatz Children's Hospital

It's My Superhero Day at Amplatz Children's Hospital in Minneapolis.

The 4th annual all-day event "recognizes the superheroes in all of us" at the hospital, from patients to staff to family members.

Gophers kicker Chris Hawthorne was among the celebrity volunteers to help hand out capes and lunch pails to patients and their siblings:

And yes, there were actual superheroes everywhere...
