How to watch the Vikings-Washington on 'Thursday Night Football'

Prime members will be able to watch the game.
Publish date:

While most people will fire up FOX or NFL Network for Thursday night's game between the Vikings and Washington Redskins, there is another option if you don't have access to the main broadcast channel for the prime-time matchup.

Amazon Prime will also be streaming the game, so anyone with a Prime membership can watch the game on Fire TV, online or via a mobile device. Coverage on Prime begins at 6 p.m. with a pre-game show, followed by the kickoff at 7:20 p.m.

But if you don't want Joe Buck doing the play-by-play via the FOX feed, Prime users can choose to go with Hannah Storm and Andrea Kremer on the call or the U.K. English language broadcasters Derek Rae and Tommy Smyth.

Steve Jordan Ring of Honor

During halftime of Thursday's game, former Vikings tight end Steve Jordan will be inducted into the Ring of Honor (the team's hall of fame).

Jordan racked up 498 receptions for 6,307 yards and 28 touchdowns in his career, which saw him named to the Pro Bowl six times.

Jordan will also sound the Gjallarhorn before the start of the game.
