Jimmy Butler is out indefinitely after undergoing successful surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee Sunday morning, the Timberwolves announced

The Wolves say Butler is out indefinitely, but multiple reports this weekend suggest Butler will be out 4-6 weeks, which would corroborate with the average time missed by NBA players who undergo meniscal surgery, according to Reuters.
