Organizers reveal location of Dark Star estate, memorabilia sale
St. Anthony Main in Minneapolis has been revealed as the location of the estate sale of Twin Cities media personality Dark Star. Organizers said on Friday that they held off on the announcement of the location of the three-day sports memorabilia sale for security purposes. Dark Star, whose real name was George Chapple, died in June at age 66.
Friends shocked over Dark Star's death
Minnesota Vikings announcer Paul Allen and other friends of Dark Star remain in shock a day after the longtime Twin Cities sports radio personality was found dead in his Minnetonka home.
